Patrick Jones - Founder & President
For over a decade, Patrick Jones has led innovative efforts to deliver top-tier talent to the Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Accounting/Finance industries. Over the course of his career in recruiting, he has developed a tailored, industry-specific approach to aligning exceptional candidates with the leadership and technical needs of his clients.

Patrick is passionate about partnering with companies to strengthen their talent strategies—whether that is supporting companies in their hiring of transitioning military professionals or conducting in-depth searches for seasoned, industry-experienced talent.

His work is driven by a genuine commitment to helping people and organizations realize their full potential. One of his greatest rewards is watching the candidates he’s placed grow into senior leadership roles within top companies around the world.

Patrick is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Originally from the small town of Dahlonega in the North Georgia mountains, he now lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Devon, and their three children.
Devon Jones brings a wealth of experience in customer service and support, having worked with some of the world’s most well-known and respected brands. Her background has shaped her into an expert in delivering exceptional service, with a deep commitment to clear communication and consistent follow-through.

As CHC’s People & Partnerships Coordinator, Devon plays a critical role in supporting both our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. She ensures that prospective candidates feel supported and informed at every step, while also keeping our clients updated in real time on candidate progress and status.

Devon truly cares about people. She understands the unique challenges that come with career transitions—whether it’s a military veteran navigating the shift to civilian life, or a seasoned industry professional making a significant career move. Devon takes a holistic approach to candidate support, ensuring that every placement aligns with the candidate’s career goals, family needs, and the client’s expectations for immediate impact.
Outside of work, Devon is a dedicated mother who balances the demands of her role with the joys and responsibilities of family life.
