Initial Screening
Phone screening conducted with a prospective candidate to evaluate their desire to leave their current employer, thoroughly understand their experience and qualifications, and ensure their career goals align with the role we are actively supporting.

Opportunity Briefing & Interest Confirmation
Candidates who pass the initial screening are provided with detailed information about the client company and the position. This allows them to assess the opportunity and confirm their interest before proceeding.

Candidate Documentation Collection
For candidates who express interest in moving forward, we request and review the following documentation to evaluate their qualifications and readiness for the role:
- Updated Resume
- 3 Professional References (2 Supervisors, 1 Peer or Mentor)
- Updated Resume
- 3 Professional References (2 Supervisors, 1 Peer or Mentor)

Structured Video Interview
Each candidate completes a structured video interview conducted by our team. This step provides deeper insight into the candidate’s communication skills, leadership style, and alignment with the role and company culture.
