Client Support Process
At CHC Talent, we take a deliberate, high-touch approach to talent delivery. Our process is designed to ensure that every candidate we present is vetted thoroughly and aligned with your organization’s goals, culture, and expectations.

1. Client Discovery & Role Intake

Conduct a detailed intake meeting to understand the role, required skills, team dynamics, and company culture.

Gather insights into soft skills, leadership traits, and any specific preferences.

Align on timeline, communication preferences, and success metrics.

2. Sourcing & Outreach
-
Launch a targeted search strategy using our nationwide talent networks, proprietary database, military transition channels, and actively engage passive and active candidates aligned with the opportunity.

3. Screening & Evaluation

Conduct in-depth phone/video interviews to assess experience, motivation, and fit.

Evaluate candidates against your criteria, including career goals, leadership potential, technical proficiency, and cultural alignment.

Confirm availability, salary expectations, and relocation/flexibility (if applicable).​

4. Candidate Presentation

Deliver a curated slate of top candidates, typically 3 per position.

Each candidate submission includes:

Resume, candidate summary highlighting key qualifications and alignment, and interview notes

Compensation expectations and availability​

Prior military candidate submissions will also typically include 2-3 of their active-duty service evaluation reports (OER's/NCOER's) and their DD214 document which provides an overview of their military service.

5. Interview Coordination & Feedback Loop

Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates accordingly.

Gather and relay feedback on both sides promptly.

Address any misalignments early to keep the process efficient and aligned.​

6. Offer Support & Onboarding Assistance

Provide offer negotiation support to align expectations and secure top talent.

Stay involved through onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and high candidate satisfaction.
